Top quality wines of a particular vintage, of special soils and vineyards bear the marking "Exclusiv".

Special types of wines – selected from the best grapes - are slowly aged in small oak barrels to reach the utmost taste and degree of ripeness.

Our Southtyrolean sparkling wine is made by traditional bottle conditioning (metodo classico) produced from Chardonnay-, Pinot Bianco- and Pinot Nero grapes comming from the first-class locations around St. Pauls.
