PHILOSOPHIE
St. Pauls/San Paolo is one of the oldest and most beautiful winegrowing localities in South-Tyrol. The grapes ripen under ideal climatic conditions on the terraces and on the softly sloping hills surrounding St. Pauls, ranging in altitude from 250 to 700 metres.
According to our philosophy we care for our products from the blossom of the grapes until the fermentation of our wines and beyond.
Our utmost goal is to guarantee top quality at reasonable price levels (to anyone’s pleasures of life).
KG St. Pauls stands for optimal combining of tradition and innovation. Our experienced cellar master takes a personal interest in assessing the quality of each wine.
The many awards at national and international wine competitions are both confirmation and incentive to us.
Natural cultivation of the vines, consultation and training courses of our wine producing farmers as well as a strictly controlled and reduced production are the secrets of our top wines.
