St. Pauls, although being a small village, is famous for its cultural life strictly connected to the wine.
Wine-culture-weeks (Weinkulturwochen) are organized each year at the end of July and beginning of August. It’s a must for any wine connoisseur and an inside tip for the cultural scene.
St. Pauls Co-operative Winery is one of the main sponsors for the many events in the field of arts, music, literature and gastronomy.
The high spot of these oenological and cultural weeks is the open-air candle-light dinner at a hundred metres long dining table in the historical and most beautiful road in St. Pauls.
Gourmets from all over book a seat early in order not to miss the specialities, created by the star-cook Herbert Hintner, accompanied with most excellent wines.
